Milne-Edwards, 1867, ヒラアシオウギガニ Platypodia anaglypta (Heller, 1861), ツブヒラアシオウギガニ P. pseudogranulosa Serène, 1984, ヒメヒラアシオウギガニ P. semigranosa (Heller, 1861), ケブカヒラアシオウギガニ P. tomentosa (De Man, 1902), ウモレオウギガニ Zosimus aeneus (Linnaeus, 1758), アワツブウモレオウギガニ ( 新称 ) Z. sculptus (Herbst, 1794), エリアシオウギガニ Zozymodes cavipes (Dana, 1852), グアムエリアシオウギガニ Z. pumilus (Hombron & Jacquinot, 1846). これら 19 種のうち , サビイロマンジュウガニ , ミカンマンジュウモドキおよびアワツブウモレオウギガニの 3 種は日本沿岸からの初記録である . 本研究では「ツブマンジュウモドキ」の和名で呼ばれている “ 日本産 Atergatopsis germanii A. Milne-Edwards, 1865” と「ヒロハオウギガニ」の和名で呼ばれている “ 日本産 Lophozozymus pictor (Fabricius, 1798)” は , それぞれ A. lucasii と L. edwardsi であることも指摘した . いくつかの研究では , ヒラアシオウギガニをヒロハオウギガニ 属 Lophozozymus A. Milne-Edwards, 1863 と 扱っているが , 本研究ではヒラアシオウギガニ属 Platypodia Bell, 1835 に帰属させた . 本研究でアワツブウモレオウギガニと同定した標本は , Z. sculptus のホロタイプの写真とよく一致する一方で , Z. fissa (Henderson, 1893) の原記載ともよく一致した . これら 2 種の識別形質や異同については , 両種のタイプ標本を比較する必要がある .
Nineteen xanthid crabs of the subfamily Zosiminae Alcock, 1898, sensu lato, are reported based on specimens collected from the Ryukyu Islands and the southern part of Kyushu, Japan: Atergatis dilatatus (De Haan, 1835), A. floridus (Linnaeus, 1767), A. integerrimus (Lamarck, 1818), A. latissimus (H. Milne Edwards, 1834), A. obtusus A. Milne-Edwards, 1865, Atergatopsis granulata A. Milne-Edwards, 1865, A. lucasii Montrouzier, 1865, Lophozozymus dodone (Herbst, 1801), L. edwardsi Odhner, 1925, L. incisus (H. Milne Edwards, 1834), L. pulchellus A. Milne-Edwards, 1867, Platypodia anaglypta (Heller, 1861), P. pseudogranulosa Serène, 1984, P. semigranosa (Heller, 1861), P. tomentosa (De Man, 1902), Zosimus aeneus (Linnaeus, 1758), Z. sculptus (Herbst, 1794), Zozymodes cavipes (Dana, 1852) and Z. pumilus (Hombron & Jacquinot, 1846). The present study represents the first records of A. obtusus, A. granulata and Z. sculptus in the Japanese fauna. It is also confirmed by morphological features of the carapace that previous records of Atergatopsis germanii A. Milne-Edwards, 1865 and Lophozozymus pictor (Fabricius, 1798) from Japanese waters in past literature were actually of A. lucasii and L. edwardsi, respectively. Some studies treated P. anaglypta as a species of Lophozozymus A. Milne-Edwards, 1863, but the present study retains it in Platypodia Bell, 1835. The specimens identified as Z. sculptus in the present study agree well with a photograph of the holotype of Z. sculptus and also with the original description of Zosimus fissa (Henderson, 1893). Further study on the type specimens of Z. sculptus and Z. fissa are needed to confirm their identities. 続きを見る |

として報告した. 本研究でビロードオビヒロガニと同定した標本は, 雄の第1腹肢の形状がT. tonsuratusの原記載の図と異なっていたが, ホロタイプの唯一残っている第1腹肢も破損している可能性が考えられた. 本研究ではこれら2種の形態情報を示すとともに日本産メクラガニモドキ属各種の現在の同定に対応する和名の整理も行った.
Two species of the rhizopine crabs, Typhlocarcinops hirtus Ng & Rahayu, 2020 and T. cf. tonsuratus, are reported from Japan for the first time based on specimens collected from the Okinawa Islands, central Ryukyus. The structure of male first gonopod of the specimens identified as T. cf. tonsuratus in the present study is different from the drawing of the holotype of the nominal species, but it is possible that the drawn gonopod may be damaged and thus shows an unusual condition. Milne-Edwards, 1874], コンペイトウコブシ [近似種: Heteronucia venusta Nobili, 1906, Nucia gelida Rathbun, 1907およびEbalia spinosa A. Milne-Edwards, 1873], ヒノタマツブコブシ [近似種: Nucia pulchella (A. Milne-Edwards, 1873), Heteronucia mesanensis Rathbun, 1909, H. oeschi Ward, 1941およびH. angulata Barnard, 1947]. これらの種同定については, 必要な標本を用いた再検討が必要である.
Fifteen leucosiid crabs, Cryptocnemus haddoni Calman, 1900*, C. planus Ward, 1933, Kabutos durandi (Serène, 1955)*, Nucia speciosa Dana, 1852, Heteronucia elegans Chen & Türkay, 2001*, H. minuta Chen, 1996*, H. tuberculata Chen & Türkay, 2001, H. xincunensis Chen & Türkay, 2001*, Alox patella (Alcock, 1896)*, Oreotlos pala Tan & Ng, 1996, Nursilia dentata Bell, 1855, Leucosia craniolaris (Linnaeus, 1758), L. rubripalma Galil, 2003*, L. pulcherrima Miers, 1877 and Seulocia crepuscula Galil, 2005*, are reported based on specimens collected from the Ryukyu Islands (*, new records to the Japanese fauna). Identifications of the following three species are provisional, as it was difficult to distinguish them from closely allied species by existing literature: Heteronucia elegans [from Nucia tuberculosa A. Milne-Edwards, 1874], Heteronucia tuberculata [from H. venusta Nobili, 1906, Nucia gelida Rathbun, 1907 and Ebalia spinosa A. Milne-Edwards, 1873], and Heteronucia xincunensis [from Nucia pulchella (A. Milne-Edwards, 1873), H. mesanensis Rathbun, 1909, H. oeschi Ward, 1941 and H. angulata Barnard, 1947]. ガニ (新称) V. typica Ward, 1942, ヒメオキナガニV. quadrispinosa (Zehntner, 1894) およびカーミージーケブカガニ (新称) V. longipes (A. Milne-Edwards, 1873) を報告した. 本稿では, これら4種の形態的特徴を記すとともに分類学的な問題にも言及した. 本研究でオニヒメオキナガニと同定した標本は, 眼窩外歯の形状によってV. rotumana (Borradaile, 1900) と区別されたが, V. woodmasoni (Deb, 1987) との識別形質は不明であった. さらにヒメオキナガニと同定した標本は, 雄の腹部の形状と甲の斑紋によってV. xishaensis (Song, 1987) と区別されたが, V. nanshensis (Dai, Cai & Yang, 1994) との違いを見出せなかった. これら各種の識別形質については更なる検討が必要であろう. 加えて, Sakai (1976: pl. 191, fig. 3) で “ヒメオキナガニ” とされていた種は, 甲の形状や額の突出, 甲の色彩から真のV. quadrispinosaではなく, カーミージーケブカガニであることも示した.
Four species of the pilumnid genus, Viaderiana Ward, 1942, viz. V. incerta (Takeda & Miyake, 1969), V. typica Ward, 1942, V. quadrispinosa (Zehntner, 1894), and V. longipes (A. Milne-Edwards, 1873), are reported based on specimens collected from the Okinawa Island Group, Central Ryukyus, southern Japan. Notes on their morphological features and taxonomical problems are provided. The specimens identified as V. typica in the present study are distinguished from V. rotumana (Borradaile, 1900) by having tooth-shaped external orbital angle, but the distinguishable characters between the specimens examined and V. woodmasoni (Deb, 1987) remain unclear. In addition, the specimens identified as V. quadrispinosa in the present study can be distinguished from V. xishaensis (Song, 1987) by proportionally narrower male pleon and different dark pattern on the carapace, but the distinguishable characters between the specimens examined and V. nanshensis (Dai, Cai & Yang, 1994) also remain unclear. The taxonomic status and distinguishable characters of these species need to be reconsidered in future studies. Furthermore, “Litocheira quadrispinosa” recorded by Sakai (1976: pl. 191, fig. 3) from the Ryukyu Islands is found to be V. longipes instead, because of strongly converging posterolateral margin of the carapace, strongly protruding front in dorsal view, and different carapace colouration. 論文 続きを見る |

sulicola (Takeda & Kurata, 1977),ビロードツェンナーガニZ. tadafumii Lee, Kim & Ng, 2015]の標本を採集した.これら3種のうち,アシナガツェンナーガニは沖縄島からの初記録であり,オガサワラツェンナーガニは琉球列島から初記録である.本稿ではこれら3種に加えて,琉球列島からの採集記録もあるアマクサツェンナーガニZ.amakusae (Takeda & Miyake, 1969)を含めた計4種について,分布記録,生息環境およびこれまでに提唱された和名についての情報を整理した.さらに, Z. serrata Ng & Lin, 2015も加えた日本･台湾産のツェンナーガニ属5種の検索表も与えた.
Three species of the pilumnid genus, Zehntneriana Ng & Takeda, 2010, viz. Zehntneriana miyakei and Z. novaeinsulicola are recorded for the first time from Okinawa Island and the Ryukyu Islands, respectively. Distributional records, habitats and standard Japanese names of the above three species and Z. amakusae (Takeda & Miyake, 1969) are summarized. )8種についてはすでにTakeda & Shikatani (1990)によってまとめられ,また,イボテガニ属Actumnus(ケブカガニ科)の2新種についてはTakeda & Komatsu(2017)により記載されている.本報告では,既報のこれら10種を除いて,23科87種を認めた.そのうち,コブヒメカイカムリ(新称)Epigodromia rugosa McLay,1993(カイカムリ科),ミナミジュウイチトゲコブシガニ(新称)Arcania brevifrons Chen, 1989およびミナミコブシガニ(新称)Soceulia alainia Galil, 2006(以上2種はともにコブシガニ科),ミナミツノガニ(新称)Hyastenus elatus Griffin & Tranter, 1986(モガニ科),ミナミノコギリガニ(新称)Schizophrys dahlak Griffin & Tranter, 1986(ケアシガニ科),Portunus (Xiphonectes) aff. spiniferus Stephenson & Rees, 1967(ワタリガニ科)の6種が日本新記録種であり,種名が確定した5種に新たな和名を提唱した.近年,刺し網漁を行う漁業者が減少し,また度重なる沿岸環境の改変により,中城湾においてカニ類等を同様な方法で採集することは難しい状況であることからも,本コレクションは非常に重要な資料である.
One of the authors (NS) made extensive collections of shallow water brachyurans (= crabs) of Nakagusuku Bay, southeastern Okinawa Island, from gill net at Chinen and Tozoe fishery ports between 1985 and 1987. Takeda & Shikatani (1990) already reported seven known and one new species of the genus Calappa (Calappidae), and recently Takeda & Komatsu (2017) described two new Actumnus species (Pilumnidae) from this collection. However, most of the specimens collected have still not been reported on. The present report enumerates the brachyuran species other than some remaining specimens of the family Pilumnidae, with photographs and taxonomic comments. Of the recorded species, Epigodromia rugosa McLay, 1993 (Dromiidae), Arcania brevifrons Chen, 1989 (Leucosiidae), Soceulia alainia Galil, 2006 (Leucosiidae), Hyastenus elatus Griffin & Tranter, 1986 (Epialtidae), Schizophrys dahlak Griffin & Tranter, 1986 (Majidae) and Portunus (Xiphonectes) aff. spiniferus Stephenson & Rees, 1967 (Portunidae) are new to Japanese waters. 論文 続きを見る |
