概要: 高力ボルト摩擦接合継手を適切に維持管理するためには,継手を構成する各部材(高力ボルト,母板,連結板)の腐食状態とすべり耐力の関係を明らかにすることが求められる.本研究では,実橋の環境下で腐食減肉した連結板を用いて,腐食形状の計測と分類,高力 ボルト締付け時の接触圧分布及びすべり耐力に関する各種試験を行い,腐食減肉形状がすべり耐力特性へ与える影響について検証した.その結果,腐食減肉が大きい片側連結板の降伏とすべり耐力特性に相関性があることを示し,実腐食減肉形状を有する連結板のすべり耐力の評価法を示した.
For the maintenances of high strength bolted connections in actual steel bridges, it is required to clarify the relationship between corrosion behaviors of individual parts of fastener and slip resistance. This paper presents a study on relationship between corrosion behaviors of spliced plates and slip resistance. In this study, firstly the corrosion behavior is inspected using the corroded spliced plates which were cut off from the steel bridge girder removed. Moreover, the pressure distribution tests under the axial force of a high strength bolt and various tensile tests are performed on those corroded specimens.From the test results, it can be clear that the yield of back side of a bolt hole, i.e., the side subjected to compression force in the bolt hole and slip resistance correlate closely with each other. Moreover, the diagnostics for corroded spliced plate of friction type of high strength bolted connections are proposed.

研究概要:本研究では,橋梁構造物の使用を目的とした新しい桁構造形式の一つとして,折れ板断面鋼桁を提案し,そ
の折れ板が桁の強度特性に及ぼす影響について検討を行った.折れ板断面桁は,折れ線上に光と影のラインを与え,桁高を低く見せる効果が有り,景観上優れた構造部材になり得るものと考えられる.更に,構造上の特性として,折れ鋼板材に力学線が存在することによる側方への補剛効果が期待される. 本研究では,まず初めに,折れ板断面鋼桁について模型桁を製作し,耐荷力実験を行った.耐荷力実験により,折れ角θ=5°の折れ板断面桁の曲げ耐荷力は,I形断面鋼鈑桁のそれを上回り,ウェブ断面の「折れ」による補剛効果が期待できることが明らかとなった.次ぎに,面内曲げを受ける折れ板断面鋼桁について,その強度に影響を及ぼすと考えられる因子を種々変化させ,パラメトリック解析を行い,構造諸元等が折れ板断面鋼桁の耐荷力に及ぼす影響について検討を行った.更に,パラメトリック解析によって得られた座屈変形モード図及び耐荷力曲線等に基づいて,折れ板断面を有する鋼桁の崩壊様式の分類を行った.その結果得られた主な結論は以下のようである.(1)折れ板断面桁の曲げ耐荷力は,折れ角がθ<10°の区間では,折れ角が大きくなるに従って,増加する.(2)折れ角θ=5°の折れ板断面桁の曲げ耐荷力は,I形断面桁のそれを上回り,その差は,細長比パラメータが大きくなるに従って,増大する. (3)残留応力度を有する折れ板断面桁の曲げ耐荷力は,部材細長比パラメータが大きくなるに従って,残留応力度の無い桁と比較して僅かではあるが低下する傾向がある.(4)折れ板断面桁の崩壊形式は,桁全体の横倒れ座屈崩壊,圧縮フランジのねじれ座屈崩壊(局部座屈崩壊)及びそれらが連成した座屈崩壊(連成座屈崩壊)の三つの基本的崩壊様式であることが確認された.
要約(欧文):In this research, the stability strength of steel plate girders assembled by folded web plates and flange plates under equal end moments about their strong axis are investigated. This paper compares experimental buckling resistances of I-shaped steel girders having unfolded web plates with those of the folded plates. The tests show that the buckling resistances of the girders with folded webs can be higher than those of conventional I-shaped girders. To analyze the ultimate carrying capacity of folded steel plate girders with initial imperfections due to initial deflections and residual stresses caused by welding, an elasto-plastic finite element analysis was used based on geometric and material non-linear isoparametric shell elements. It was assumed that material constitutive relationship follows the Von Mises yield criterion and the Plandtl-Reuss plastic flow rule, combined with material and geometric invariance law, strain hardening law and linear unloading law. The non-linear behavior is solved numerically according to both the Newton-Raphson and the Updated Lagrangian formulations where the displacements increase step-by-step. Actual measurements were used for the initial imperfections of residual stress and initial deflection. The ratio of the test results to analysis results for the ultimate carrying capacity is between 0.98 and 1.028, with an average of 0.996. Thus, it may be concluded that this analysis is quite accurate in evaluating the ultimate load carrying capacity of folded steel plate girders. A parametric study using nonlinear finite element approach is also conducted to evaluate the effects of folded angle, width thickness ratio of plate, slenderness ratio of beam, residual stress and yield stress ratio on the ultimate strength of folded steel plate girders. This paper also presents the instability classification of folded steel plate girders based on the parametric study. Three buckling modes are confirmed, i.e., an inelastic lateral-torsional buckling mode, an inelastic local buckling mode and an interactive buckling of the two. From a parametric study, it appears that the effects of folded web element on the ultimate strength of folded steel plate girders.

概要: Okinawa prefecture has lots of peculiarities for geology and topography in comparison with those of main land Japan. Nam ely, to make earthquake disaster minimized, it is needed to consider these different points mentioned above on seismic design of structures and to investigate the earthquake characteristics in that region. Therefore, this paper examines the ground-motion characteristics on the basis of an analysis of the observation wave records of earthquake that was observed on 15th May 1999s in the region of Okinawa prefecture.

概要: The ultimate stability strength of tubular steel stub-columuns under compression and bending are investigated using the non-linear finite element approach developed for determination of the ultimate strength of shell-type-plate. In the analysis, the effects of residual stress and initial geometric imperfection are included. The boundary conditions along the loaded edges are simple support. The analytical results obtained by this method are compared with the analytical values based on other numerical method and the experimental values. A parametric study was conducted to evaluate the effects of length-diameter ratio, slenderness parameter, residual stress, initial geometric imperfection and stress inclination on the ultimate strength of tubular steel stub-columuns.

研究概要:沖縄における台風災害対策に資する基礎的研究を推進することが,本研究の主たる目的である.沖縄は,我国
唯一の亜熱帯地域であることから,外の地域と比較して極めて特異な地域特性を有している.特に,自然の異常現象の観点からみれば,極めて大型で強い台風の常襲地帯であり,近年に入っても極めて大型の台風が沖縄地域に来襲しており,沖縄は外の地域とは相当異なる自然災害を受けてきている.この状況を踏まえて,所謂亜熱帯型自然災害対策に資する基礎的研究の推進が強く要望されている.そこでこのような社会的ニ-ズに的確に対応するために,平成1年度科学研究費重点領域研究「亜熱帯地方・沖縄における都市災害の特性評価とその防災力の変遷について」では,沖縄県における台風災害に関する資料を収集し,データベース化を行い,更に,その台風災害データベースシステムを活用して,沖縄に来襲した台風の経路,規模及び頻度と災害事象の比較を通して,沖縄における台風による都市災害の特性評価とその防災力の時代的変遷の調査分析を行った.そこで本研究では,本台風災害データベースシステムに平成10年度までの台風に関する気象及び災害資料を新たに収集し,台風災害データベースシステムの再構築を行った.また,沖縄県は広域にわたっているため,地域特性は多種多様であり,その地域特性に応じた災害特性を把握するために沖縄県を6つの地域(気象台観測地点に対応)に分け,市町村別災害資料を新たに収集し,それぞれの地域について台風に関する気象デ-タ(最大風速,最大瞬間風速,降水量)と施設災害(家屋全壊,床上浸水,道路被害,港湾被害,停電等)の相関関係について詳細に調査分析を行った.
要約(欧文):The ryukyu islands are located in the oceanic subtropical climate with the continuous threatening of typhoons. Tropical Typhoons frequently pass near the Okinawa islands and influence various branches of the society. To prevent and alleviate disaster on the typhoon, it is necessary to grasp of characteristics of tropical typhoons and take preventive measures. Also it is of necessity to promote enforcement of the vulnerability of the disaster-prone areas. A typhoon disaster data base system in Okinawa has been constructed in this study. The typhoon disaster data base system is composed of a database of the weather extreme-values due to typhoons, the typhoon routes, the typhoon disasters and the restoration works and a sub-system to perform the management. The management system is composed of the programs to execute input, rectification, deletion, search and output of the data. On the other hand, the characteristics of the typhoon disasters have been investigated using the typhoon disaster data base system.

研究概要:1.本研究では、中間ダイヤフラムによって補剛された鋼薄肉曲線箱桁の終局強度及び非線形挙動を評価するこ
とのできる新しい合理的な解析手法を提案した. 本解析手法では,有限変位の影響,曲げとサンブナンのねじりによる組み合わせ応力を受ける材料の降伏の影響,ひずみ反転によって生じる除荷の影響,断面内及び桁軸線に沿った降伏域の進展,除荷域及び再載荷域の影響,及び溶接による残留応力等の影響が,非線形有限要素法に基づく三次元骨組構造解析において全て考慮されている.更に,構成鋼曲板要素の局部座屈の影響,応力勾配の影響及びずり変形の影響が非線形解析の中に取り込まれている. 2.初期たわみ及び残留応力を有する構成鋼曲板要素に面内圧縮力と曲げが作用する場合について,構成鋼曲板要素をアイソパラメトリックシェル要素でモデル化し,強度に影響を及ぼすと考えられる因子を種々変化させて弾塑性有限変位解析を行った.そのパラメトリック解析によって得られた結果に基づいて,構成鋼曲板要素の局部座屈の影響を考慮した構成式モデル(修正応力-ひずみ関係)を提案した. 3.中間ダイアフラムの配置数の異なる鋼曲線箱桁の大型模型桁2体について,耐荷力実験を行った.終局強度について本解析結果と実験結果は良い一致が見られた. 4.構成鋼曲板要素の局部座屈の影響を考慮した構成式(修正応力-ひずみ関係)を用いた終局強度解析結果は、実験結果との比較により,局部座屈発生荷重及び発生領域を比較的良く評価している. 5.曲線箱桁の終局強度に及ぼすずり変形の影響は,ずり変形によって生じたひずみを付加ひずみとして三次元非線形骨組構造解析過程の初期ひずみ場に組み込むことによって,評価することができる.
要約(欧文):1.An analytical procedure is proposed to predict ultimate strength and nonlinear behavior of thin-walled, welded steel box-girder curved in plan and stiffened by intermediate interia diaphragms. In the approach, the effects of finite deformation, yielding of material under combined bending and St. Venant's torsioning, unloading caused by strain reversal, spreads of yielding, unloading and reloading zones in the cross-sections and along the gider, and residual stress due to welding are all taken into account in flexure analysis by nonlinear finite element method. How to consider local buckling of component plates and distortional warping in the nonlinear flexure analysis is also proposed. 2.The comparison of the analytical with the experimental results on the ultimate strength was judged satisfactory. 3.The local buckling of component plates can be evaluated by the proposed model of stress-strain curve allowing for plate buckling as shown in Fig. 3 and this model can be incorporated into the nonlinear flexure analysis. 4.The breadth of buckling plate can be taken to be width of the compressive flanges of the cross-section of the girder and equal to the depth of the compressive zone of the web plate. 5.The constitutive model predicted the local buckling compared well with the experimental results. 6.The effect of distortional warping can be simulated in an incremental way at the initial strain-state in the nonlinear flexure analysis, where the strain increments for distortional warping are applied in a step-by-step procedure until an external distortional moment is reached. 7.From lower level of loading, bowing deformation which is characterized by covnex form was experimentally confirmed at the compressive part web plate. This phenomenon might be considered to be that the cross-sectional part in compression in the curved girder acts as so-called nonlinear behavior of column with initial crookedness. The above results on the model tests in the conclusions are based on a limited amount of experimental work. Research is clearly needed on the experimental program of larger amount of the model-tests. Though some verification is necessary if the proposed constitutive models allowing for local plate-buckling is to be applied to the girder also stiffened by horizontal and/or vertical stiffeners, the assumed breadth of buckling plate is generally conservative.

研究概要:(平成元年度時点)本研究は、これまでに沖縄に来襲した台風の経路、規模及び頻度と都市宅地災害事象及び海岸地形変遷の比
較を通して、亜熱帯地方・沖縄における台風による都市災害の特性評価とその防災力の変遷を考究することを目的とするものである。まず、沖縄に現在する台風に関する資料情報は、各機関に散在しているため、逸散したり、廃棄される可能性もある故、早急に収集し、データベース化を行った。本台風災害データベースシステムは、台風極値(最低気圧、最大風速等の極値)、台風経路(北緯、東経)、台風災害(死者数、床上浸水、被害金額等)、及び台風災害復旧工事(種別、施行位置、工事費等)の4つのデータベースと、台風経路を表示するプログラムから構成されている。本台風災害データベースでは、対話式によって、必要とするデータを瞬時に検索することができ、データを必要な形式に並びかえることができる。次に、地方の都市化を評価する主指標の一つである宅地スプロール化に着目し、沖縄における最も都市化の顕著な那覇市における都市化と地勢的特性を径年分析し、その結果と上記災害データベースによる災害資料を比較検討することにより、都市防災力の変遷を考究した。又、沖縄の海岸地形、特にリーフ内面積の径年変化と海域変化と海域災害資料と比較し、その相関関係を検討した。本研究により得られた結果の主なものは;(1)宅地スプロールの変遷に伴う宅地災害発生条件の変化の対応関係が明らかとなった。事例の素因・誘因分析により、災害発生条件は、限界傾斜角と湧水系、地滑り表土種と地形で評価され得ること;(2)沖縄の海岸のようにリーフを有する海岸は、波浪に対して自然の防災力を有し、リーフの海岸線に対する沖方向への距離、即ちリーフ内面積が海岸の防災力評価に対する一般性のある予測指標となることが明らかになったこと、等である。

概要: The distortional response and slip behavior of curved composite box girders were investigated. Three curved composite bo x girders with only end diaphragms were tested in order to provide additional informations on the distortional and slip behavior of curved composite box girders. The test specimens were fabricated considering different radii, cross sections and placements of shear connectors. The test results were compared with analytical results based on the curved beam theory and distortional theory proposed by Dabrowski, and on the finite strip method. These results are in good agreement. A parametric study was conducted to discuss the effects of cross-sectional deformations on the stresses of the girder.

Steel-concrete composite beams are structural elements of practical importance in building and bridge
structures. This thesis presents the theoretical and experimental studies on behavior of composite beams with incomplete interaction, partial composite beams and curved composite girders. The contents of this study consist of 6 main investigative themes as described below.
The elastic and elastic-plastic analysis of composite beams with incomplete interaction is proposed in Chapter 2. A composite beam element with an assembly of beam elements for concrete slab and steel beam and a spring element for shear connectors is used in the present analysis, which reduces the number of equations considerably. Cubic polynomials are herein used as the shape functions for not only bending but also axial deformations of the beams, since they represent results from complicated deformations in the composite beams. This composite element is applied to the analysis of continuous composite beams and the elastic-plastic analysis of composite beams with incomplete interaction. For the analysis of nonlinear problems, the stress-strain curves of concrete and steel and the load-slip curve of a shear connector are simply assumed by bilinear functions. The iterative initial strain method is employed in the nonlinear analysis. The numerical results are compared with the other test results and the computational values based on other numerical methods, and found to be in good agreement.
The effective width of composite beams with incomplete interaction is proposed in Chapter 3. The models of the composite beams proposed herein are as follows; (1) a composite T-section. (2) a composite section with a number of equally spaced steel section connected to the concrete slab. (3) a composite π-section under a symmetric loading. (4) a composite π-section under an antisymmetric loading. The constitutive equations which relate the effective width of composite beams with incomplete interaction are formulated by the Airy's stress function and solved by series solutions. Stresses evaluated by the proposed method are compared with those obtained from the finite prism and the finite strip method, where the finite prism and the finite strip are applied to the concrete slab and the steel beam, respectively, and the comparison shows good agreement. The effective width ratios of composite beams with various shear connector modulus under a uniformly distributed load and a concentrated load at the mid-span is presented.
Chapter 4 aims to provide some informations on static and fatigue behavior of complete and partial composite beams under negative bending. Six composite beams were statically tested and seven were tested under repeated loading. The beams were tested as "upside down" to create the conditions of negative bending. Special emphasis is given to bending stiffness, efficiency of reinforcing bars, crack pattern, crack width and failure mode.
A simplified method for the calculation of stresses and deflections of partial composite beams under negative bending is proposed in Chapter 5. A moment diagram near intermediate supports of a continuous beam under a concentrated load and/or a uniformly distributed load is able to simulate to a simply supported beam under a concentrated load at the mid-span. In the present study, an idealized moment diagram of a cantilever beam is used for the negative moment region. The results evaluated from the simplified method are compared with the test results and those obtained from the finite element method.
Chapter 6 presents the formulations for the finite strip analysis of curved composite girders with incomplete interaction. The curved composite girders are modelled by curved strip elements for concrete slab and steel girder and spring elements for shear connectors. The shear connectors are assumed as a two-dimensional spring element along a nodal line.
The elastic behavior of curved composite box girders is discussed in Chapter 7. Three curved composite box girders were tested in order to provide additional informations related to the bending behavior of curved composite box girders. Test specimens were fabricated where different radii, cross sections and placements of shear connectors are considered. Test results are compared with computational values based on the finite strip method shown in Chapter 6, and they are in good agreement.

概要: In resent years, horizontally curved steel - concrete composite girder bridges have been employed as one of highway brid ges. The behavior of curved composite I - girders has been studied by several researchers. However, the design of shear connectors for curved composite box girders has not been prescribed in the specification. This paper presents a finite strip analysis for horizontally curved composite girder bridges with incomplete interaction. This is applied to the analysis of curved one and two box girders and curved plate girders. The numerical results are compared with the test and computational values based on the finite element and finite strip method by other researchers, and found to be in good agreement. The behavior of curved composite box girder bridges with incomplete interaction is discussed based on the analytical results by the proposed method.
