れを条件制約としてANPの評価過程に組み込んだ。これにより、各種災害(噴火、地震、台風、津波などの大規模な自然災害など)に関わる確率的要因を含めることが可能な一つの危機管理型意思決定機構を構築した。

研究概要:1.規則に基づく時空関情報の表現とオブジェクト化 (1)時間変化に依存する時空間データ(交通量)とGISデ
ータとの協調表現について研究し、実GISデータを用いた自動車走行経路問題に応用してその有効性を確かめた。 (2)上記研究において、実際に時空間データのオブジェクト化と既存ソフトウェア上での表現を行った。 2.意思決定+行動現象の時空表現 (1)意思決定過程のと行動現象の時空間データ表現、人間の行動現象の解析を行うための評価関数について研究し、これらを最適観光経路問題に適用した。 3.人間の意思決定過程のコンピュータシミュレーション開発 (1)意思決定分析用ANP(Analytic Network Process)に合意の手法と人間の判断のあいまい性を考慮して高度化し、データのあいまい性を考慮した一つのファジィANPを開発した。 4.ツーリズムにおける最適経路,観光地の価値に基づく時空間情報の表現 (1)時間変化に依存する観光地の価値を時空間情報に表現し、GISの最適経路問題に応用してその有効性を試みた。 5.意思決定+行動現象の時空間の高度化 (1)意思決定過程と行動現象を数学的表現し、高度化を行った。 (2)上記研究において、既存の空間データに応用して、その有効性を試みた。 6.人間の意思決定過程のコンピュータシミュレーション開発 (1)意思決定分析用ANPを開発し、高度化を実現するために評価関数について研究を行った。
研究概要:1.Expressing and object making about spatio-temporal information based on rules (1)The effectiveness was confirmed by researching cooperated expression of the spatio-temporal data (traffic) depending on the time-varying and the GIS data. And applying it to the car running route problem to use the real GIS data. (2)In the above-mentioned research, it actually expressed it on an object making of a spatio-temporal data and existing software. 2.The spatio-temporal expression of the decision-making and the action phenomenon (1)The evaluation function to analyze human's action phenomena, the decision-making process and the spatio-temporal expression of the action phenomenon was researched, and these were applied to an optimal sightseeing route problem. 3.Computer simulation development of human's decision-making process (1)It is advanced to ANP(Analytic Network Process) for the decision-making analysis in consideration of the vagueness of the technique of consensus-making and the judgment of human, and one fuzzy ANP that considered the vagueness of data was developed. 4.Expression of spatio-temporal information based on the value of sightseeing spot and the optimal route in tourism (1)The effectiveness was tried by expressing the value of the sightseeing spot that depended on the time-varying in spatio-temporal information, and applying it to the optimal route problem with GIS. 5.The spatio-temporal is advanced in the decision-making and the action phenomenon (1)The decision making process and the action phenomenon were mathematically expressed to advance. (2)In the above-mentioned research, the effectiveness was tried by applying it to existing spatial data 6.Computer simulation development of human's decision-making process (1)It developed ANP for the decision-making analysis, and to achieve the advance, the evaluation function was researched.

概要: In this paper, we introduce a competitive co-evolution algorithm with a packaging solutions to solve the problem. This a lgorithm was proposed by us to a problem which doesn't have the optimal solution. In the case to solve such the problem, it needs to decide a set of effective solutions as the best solution. Our algorithm has two characteristics. The one is minimization of the number of individuals in the set by extraction of the complemental solutions. The other is evaluating solutions in some continued generations by setting a life-time to an individual. We apply the proposal method to the Tsume-shogi game in order to investigate its effectiveness. Furthermore, we analyze the process of the set formation. In the simulation results, our method can acquire the complemental strategies and shows a better performance than a conventional method.

概要: Asia pacific international University students gathered in Okinawa, Japan, on March 16th to participate in University of the Ryukyus HDL Design Contest 2001 hosted by the University of the Ryukyus' Department of Information Engineering. Not only Japan Universities and colleges, but also students from Korea Chosun University and Vietnam Hanoi University of Technology participated the contest. Of the 69 applicants, 11 finalists were chosen for the contest with their original designs on digital CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) receiver, which is famous as the protocol for mobile phones. A proud and triumphant team of the 4^
undergraduate student of Osaka University was awarded first prize.

概要: The immune system is one of the adaptive biological systems whose functions are to identify and to eliminate foreign mat erial. Applying this system to the engineering problems, these processes are regarded as an effective search and optimization. Before now, we proposed an Adaptive Memorizing Immune Algorithm(AMIA) with two memory mechanisms for optimizing multimodal functions. In this paper, we evaluate following two performances of the AMIA. First, we apply the AMIA to a 3D-bit bipolar deceptive function to investigate a easiness of adjusting parameters for AMIA. Second, the AMIA is applied to Shubert function for clarifying a good performance for multimodal functions.

概要: In this paper, we analyze the behavior of symbiotic evolution algorithm for the N-Queens problem as benchmark problem fo r search methods in the field of aritificial intelligence. It is shown that this algorithm improves the ability of evolutionary search method. When the problem is solved by Genetic Algorithms (GAs), an ordinal representation is often used as one of gene conversion methods which convert from phenotype to genotype and reconvert. The representation can hinder occurrence of lethal genes. Typically, the representation pattern is fixed to one pattern. However, we consider that the kinds of generated solution are increased by preparing the permutation pattern with the several and the better solutions may be generated by the permutation pattern evolving. This paper introduces the symbiotic evolution model in which two evolutional populations are solutions and permutations for solving the N-Queens problem. To investigate the performance of symbiotic algorithm, it is compared with three kinds of evolutionary methods based on GA. From the results of computer simulations, we consider the characteristics of this algorithm.

概要: Universities nationwide gathered in Okinawa, Japan, on March 3rd to participate in University of the Ryukyus HDL Design Contest 2000 hosted by the University of the Ryukyus' Department of Information Engineering. Of the 15 applicants, ten finalists were chosen for the contest with their original designs on Galois Field matrix multiplier for Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks System. A proud and triumphant team of juniors from the Department of Information Engineering at the University of the Ryukyus (the team "Turtlenecks") was awarded first prize, defeating the more experienced Masters students from other universities.
